By Using Our Site And Making A Purchase From Us, You Agree To Abide By CSE Solar Solutions USA’s Return Policy. Prior Authorization From Is Required For All Returns, And The Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number Must Be Included When Returning Products. Returned Products Must Be In Brand New Perfect Condition, In Their Original Manufacturer’s Packaging, And Include All Hardware And Documentation. Please Note That Returns Will Not Be Accepted For Installed Or Used Items. You Are Responsible For Shipping The Returns Via Prepaid Freight And Insuring Them With The Carrier Of Your Choice Within 30 Days Of Delivery. Returns Beyond 30 Days Of The Original Delivery Will Not Be Accepted. Please Be Aware That Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.

A Restocking Fee Of 20% Will Be Charged For Items Requested To Be Returned Unless An RMA Applies To Damages, Overages, Shortages, Or Other Errors Caused By The Manufacturer. For All Other Return Reasons, A Restocking Fee Will Be Applied. Our Distributor Will Inspect The Returns To Ensure The Accuracy Of The RMA. If Our Distributor Finds That The RMA Is Inaccurate Or Doesn’t Match The Stated Return Reasoning, Restocking Fees Will Apply. Restocking Fees Apply To Orders That Have Been Processed, Prepared For Shipment, Or At Any Stage Of The Transit Process.

Please Note That Some Items We Sell Are Classified As NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) And Cannot Be Returned Once Shipped. If You Are Purchasing An NCNR Item, Our Sales Representative Will Inform You Before Placing Your Order To Obtain Your Authorization.
