AIMS Power PV-6X250RACK Ground Mount Solar Rack

The AIMS Power PV-6X250RACK is a ground-mount rack for up to six 190–380 W solar panels in portrait. Built from 6005-T5 aluminium rails and pre-assembled folding legs with SUS304 stainless hardware, it goes together with slide-in clamps and no custom engineering drawings, sits at a maximum 20° pitch and is designed for a 25-year service life.

AIMS includes four HD rails, nine end clamps, nine mid clamps, sixteen HD rail clamps and two pre-assembled legs. Anchors, foundation, wiring and solar panels are not included; AIMS’ manual recommends M10 anchor studs with chemical anchoring in concrete. A 12-panel two-pack (PV-6X250RACK-2PK) is also available. Applications

• Ground arrays: A low, sturdy platform for six panels on a slab, footings or approved base — no roof penetrations.
• Off-grid and remote: Quick bolt-up assembly with pre-assembled legs for cabins, pump stations and work sites.
• Expandable rows: Add racks side by side or choose the 12-panel two-pack for larger arrays.

Solar panels, anchors/foundation and wiring are not included. Check local permitting, soil and wind requirements before installation.

• Unfold the pre-assembled legs, anchor the feet, then align uprights before fitting the rails
• Rails carry panels in portrait; end and mid clamps use M8 hex screws with fixing nuts
