OSCAL PowerMax 3600 SE Portable Power Station
The OSCAL PowerMax 3600 SE is a 3,600 Wh LiFePO4 portable power station with up to 3,600 W of pure sine wave AC output from four outlets, 4,500 W surge, two 100 W USB-C ports, four USB-A ports, a 378 W Anderson port, two DC5521 outputs and a 12 V car outlet. It is the newer SE edition of the PowerMax 3600, with faster 2,300 W AC charging and 2,400 W of solar input.
OSCAL rates a full AC recharge at about 1.96 hours and a full solar recharge at about 1.8 hours under ideal conditions. The rugged UL94V-0 fire-retardant, anti-UV housing is drop-tested to 0.8 m, the 5-8 ms UPS switchover keeps computers and CPAP machines running, and the OSCAL app monitors the unit over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The SE edition charges faster from the wall (2,300 W vs 1,800 W on the US-standard PowerMax 3600), accepts more solar (2,400 W vs 1,600 W) and adds six LED light modes, with the same 3,600 Wh LiFePO4 battery and rugged housing.
Can I expand the capacity?
OSCAL does not list an expansion battery in the PowerMax 3600 SE specification table. Contact CSE Solar USA if you need expandable storage; the PowerMax 3600 and PowerMax 6000 accept BP3600 packs.
