Cancellation Policy
Once You Place An Order With Us, If You Wish To Cancel Your Order Before Shipment, Please Contact Us During Business Hours. If Your Order Hasn’t Been Processed Or Authorized Through Our Payment System And Your Credit Card Hasn’t Been Charged, No Fee Will Be Incurred. However, If Your Order Has Already Been Processed, Authorized, Or Your Credit Card Has Been Charged, A 5% Cancellation Fee Will Apply. Please Note That This Fee Is Non-Negotiable.
If Any Part Of Your Order Has Already Been Shipped, A Restocking Fee Will Be Deducted From Your Refund. Refunds Will Be Issued Within 48 Hours Of Receiving The Cancellation Request Or The Return Of All Shipped Products. It May Take Up To 7 Business Days Or Longer, Depending On Your Bank And Payment Processor, For The Funds To Appear In Your Account.

Returns Policy
By Using Our Site And Making A Purchase From Us, You Agree To Abide By CSE Solar USA’s Return Policy. Prior Authorization From Is Required For All Returns, And The Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number Must Be Included When Returning Products. Returned Products Must Be In Brand New Perfect Condition, In Their Original Manufacturer’s Packaging, And Include All Hardware And Documentation. Please Note That Returns Will Not Be Accepted For Installed Or Used Items. You Are Responsible For Shipping The Returns Via Prepaid Freight And Insuring Them With The Carrier Of Your Choice Within 30 Days Of Delivery. Returns Beyond 30 Days Of The Original Delivery Will Not Be Accepted. Please Be Aware That Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
A Restocking Fee Of 20% Will Be Charged For Items Requested To Be Returned Unless An RMA Applies To Damages, Overages, Shortages, Or Other Errors Caused By The Manufacturer. For All Other Return Reasons, A Restocking Fee Will Be Applied. Our Distributor Will Inspect The Returns To Ensure The Accuracy Of The RMA. If Our Distributor Finds That The RMA Is Inaccurate Or Doesn’t Match The Stated Return Reasoning, Restocking Fees Will Apply. Restocking Fees Apply To Orders That Have Been Processed, Prepared For Shipment, Or At Any Stage Of The Transit Process.
Please Note That Some Items We Sell Are Classified As NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) And Cannot Be Returned Once Shipped. If You Are Purchasing An NCNR Item, Our Sales Representative Will Inform You Before Placing Your Order To Obtain Your Authorization.

Returns, Damages, And Claims Policy
While We Strive To Ensure The Accuracy, Proper Packaging, And Shipment Of Every Order, Occasional Issues May Arise. To Minimize Errors And Promptly Address Any Issues, Please Follow These Steps:
Order Inspection & Verification
- Before Signing For A Delivery, It Is Your Responsibility To Inspect The Package For The Correct Item Count And Condition. Note Any Discrepancies And Any Item Damage On The Delivery Receipt And Inform The Driver.
- Check For Torn Or Punctured Cardboard Or Stretch Wrap, Broken Or Crushed Corners, Broken Pallets, Module Stacks That Shifted On The Pallet, And Missing “Do Not Stack” Pyramids On Module Pallets.
- Verify That The Packing Slip Matches The Received Items.
- If Possible, We Recommend Opening The Shipment And Inspecting The Items Before Signing For The Delivery. Please Do Not Refuse The Delivery, As This May Result In Additional Freight Charges.
Reporting Order Issues
For Shipping Damage:
- After Inspecting The Order, Immediately Describe The Discrepancy On The Delivery Receipt And Inform The Driver. It Is Crucial To Record Any Damage And Bring It To The Driver’s Attention.
- Indicate On The Delivery Receipt If The Driver Was Unable Or Unwilling To Wait For An Inspection Of The Items Within The Shipment.
- Before Filing A “Freight Damages” Claim, Gather Pictures Of The Damaged Packaging And Product, Serial Numbers For All Damaged Modules And Inverters, A Copy Of The Delivery Receipt And Bill Of Lading, As Well As A Copy Of The Packaging Slip And Invoice.
- If The Shipment Was A Parcel, Please Email Cu*************@De*.Com.
Parcel Claims Are Required To Be Filed Promptly For A Higher Chance Of Success. - If The Shipment Was A Freight, File A Claim Form With The Shipping Carrier. Feel Free To Contact Our RMA Department For Assistance With Filing The Claim.
- Maintain All Original Packaging And Damaged Products Until The Claim Is Settled.
For Overage, Shortage, Or Missing Items:
- After Inspecting The Order, Describe Any Item Count Discrepancies On The Delivery Receipt And Inform The Driver.

Replacement Orders
- Indicate The Need For A Replacement Order When Submitting An RMA Claim Form. In Most Cases, We Require A Signed Agreement To Pay For The Replacement Order Before Shipping It Out.
Returning Product
- After Filling Out An RMA Form, Our RMA Specialists Will Assist You With The Return Of Any Undesired Product.
- Certain Items Are Non-Returnable, Including Custom-Ordered Non-Stocking Items, Items Drop-Shipped Directly From The Manufacturer, And Final Sale Items.
- Return The Items To The Nearest CSE Solar USA Warehouse. Email The Tracking Number For Your Return To Our RMA Department At Su*****@De*.Com To Expedite Claims Processing.
- Do Not Return Any Product Without Prior Written Authorization From Our RMA Department

Please Note That You Are Responsible For The Return Shipping And Insurance Costs Unless The Products Are Damaged Or Defective Due To Our Error.
Upon Receiving And Inspecting The Return, We Will Credit Your Account For The Original Purchase Price, Minus Any Applicable Restocking Fees. It’s Important To Return The Products In A Resalable Condition To Receive The Credit. The Restocking Fees Will Be Charged At The Following Rates:
