It is the responsibility of the Buyer to verify that the components listed on any order or quotation will meet the installation conditions, required project specifications, and any applicable safety codes.
Buyer agrees that the project/client address and Items listed on the order form are correct. CSE Solar USA holds the right to verify project/client addresses and Items before accepting Orders.
Payments
NOTE: There’s a 3% transaction fee when using a credit/debit card, PayPal,
Use of Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfers, or other payment methods is subject to verification and may be limited to $5,000 maximum per order. A payment verification/authorization form, including original signature, copy of card front and back, and valid photo I.D. or passport may be required for any amount greater than $700.
In the event of any payment or order dispute, both Parties agree to cooperate and make a good faith effort toward resolution. If no resolution can be agreed upon, you agree to binding arbitration by a professional third party, at the sole discretion of CSE Solar USA, and will not make any claim, chargeback or dispute against Service Providers.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSE Solar USA its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against any loss, expense, injury, damage, malfunction, cost, claim or complaint resulting from the purchase and use of the products.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a CSE Solar USA. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CSE Solar Solutions USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. CSE Solar USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CSE Solar USA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
