Jackery Solar Generator HomePower 3600 Pro Max home backup bundle: power station, 500 W solar panel, transfer switch and fast-charge cable
This Jackery bundle turns the HomePower 3600 Pro Max into a complete essential-circuit backup system. The station itself delivers true 240 V output (4,000 W rated, 8,000 W surge) as well as 2,000 W at 120 V, from 3,584 Wh of LiFePO4 storage rated for 6,000 cycles. The included Jackery Manual Transfer Switch lets you feed selected circuits in your panel during an outage, the 40A Charging Cable cuts wall recharge to about 1.3 hours, and the SolarSaga 500 X gives you 500 W of bifacial solar recharging when the grid is down for days. All four items ship together from Jackery.

Manual Transfer Switch and 40A Charging Cable
- Manual Transfer Switch: Reliance Pro/Tran 2 type, supplied by Jackery for the HomePower 3600 Pro Max. Selector switches choose utility (LINE) or generator (GEN) power per branch circuit; each circuit has its own interchangeable breaker (positions A and B up to 30 A, others 15 or 20 A); adjacent circuits can be paired with the included handle ties for 240 V loads. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
- 40A Charging Cable: 1.8 m cable that connects the HomePower 3600 Pro Max to the transfer switch for fast wall charging; Jackery states about 1.3 hours to full. Only suitable for the HomePower 3600 Pro Max.

Does the transfer switch make backup automatic?
The Manual Transfer Switch selects which circuits run from the HomePower 3600 Pro Max. Once wired, the station supports automatic backup power for those circuits; Jackery rates a single unit at up to 2,000 W at 120 V and 4,000 W at 240 V in this mode. Have the switch installed by a licensed electrician.
How long does the SolarSaga 500 X take to recharge the station?
The 500 X is rated 500 W at STC (up to 545 W bifacial). Real recharge time depends on sun and angle; Jackery lists eight ways to recharge the Pro Max, including solar, wall (2.5 hours, or about 1.3 hours with the included 40A cable) and a gas generator.
Can I add more capacity later?
