Add 2048Wh of LFP capacity to an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus or DELTA 3 Ultra Plus with the DELTA 3 Max Plus Smart Extra Battery. It plugs into the power station’s Extra Battery Port, reports charge level and temperature in the EcoFlow app, and carries a 5-year warranty.
Overview
This is an expansion battery, not a stand-alone power station: it has a single Extra Battery Port and only works when connected to a compatible EcoFlow host. EcoFlow says its volume is about 25% smaller than the DELTA 2 Max Smart Extra Battery, which makes it easier to stack and store.
Compatibility (as listed by EcoFlow)
- Hosts: DELTA 3 Max Plus and DELTA 3 Ultra Plus. EcoFlow lists DELTA 3 and DELTA 3 Plus support as requiring a later firmware release.
- DELTA 3 Max Plus has one Extra Battery Port; EcoFlow states up to two extra batteries can be connected through the EcoFlow Smart Extra Battery Expansion Adapter.
- EcoFlow lists WAVE 2/3, Smart Generator 4000 (Dual Fuel) and the 800W Alternator Charger as compatible after future firmware releases.
