The EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra X Inverter is the power unit of EcoFlow’s DELTA Pro Ultra X whole-home backup system: 12kW of 120/240V output, two high-voltage PV inputs totaling 10kW, and support for up to 10 battery packs (61.44 kWh) per inverter. Batteries are sold separately.
Overview
DELTA Pro Ultra X is EcoFlow’s split-phase home backup platform. This listing is the inverter only. Each inverter delivers 12kW at 120/240V, and up to three inverters can run in parallel for 36kW. EcoFlow lists the main upgrades over the original DELTA Pro Ultra as 12,000W output (from 7,200W), 10 battery packs per inverter (from 5) and 10,000W of PV input (from 5,600W).
Key points
- Output: 12kW, 120/240V, 60Hz; NEMA 5-20 (x2), L14-30 (x1) and 14-50 (x1) on the front.
- Solar: two high-voltage PV inputs, 80-500V / 15A each (5,000W per input, 10kW total). EcoFlow states the PV inputs connect through the EcoFlow PV Switch Box.
- Batteries: up to 10 x 6144Wh packs per inverter. For full 12kW output EcoFlow recommends connecting batteries to both battery ports in equal numbers. EcoFlow also documents an upgrade procedure for connecting earlier DELTA Pro Ultra series batteries.
- Backup switchover: under 10 ms stand-alone; under 20 ms with Smart Home Panel 3 or Smart Gateway.
- Not grid-tied: the system draws power from the grid but does not export to it.
- IP54 rating and a 5-year warranty.
