The Qcells Q.SAVE D5.0SX (SSPW-00001) is the 5 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery module of the Qcells Q.HOME CORE system. Two, three or four modules stack on one BMS-G2 and base to build a 10, 15 or 20 kWh Q.SAVE battery for the Q.VOLT inverter.

The Qcells Q.SAVE D5.0SX battery module (Qcells internal name BAT50-G2) is the building block of Q.SAVE storage for the Qcells Q.HOME CORE platform. Each module has a nominal energy of 5.0 kWh and uses LFP chemistry.
How modules build a Q.SAVE battery
Qcells defines three Q.SAVE configurations. Each stack is one BMS-G2 battery management system plus 2, 3 or 4 modules on a battery base, connected to one Q.VOLT inverter. A single module is not a Qcells configuration; the maximum is four modules per inverter.

Qcells lists the following for the Q.SAVE D10.0SX, D15.0SX and D20.0SX battery system: UN38.3, UL 1642, UL 1973, UL 9540 and UL 9540A; transport Class 9.

Installation requirements
- Qcells states that installation, commissioning and service must be performed by licensed electricians who meet state and local requirements.
- Commissioning is done through a web browser or the Qcells mobile app.
- Installation, permitting, AC wiring, conduit and breakers not listed as included are not part of this product.
Warranty
Covered by the Qcells Q.HOME CORE limited warranty. Qcells requires product registration and a connection to the Qcells monitoring portal to keep warranty coverage. CSE confirms the warranty terms that apply to your equipment before your order is processed.
