SolarEdge Three Phase Commercial Inverter, USA Domestic Content Eligible
The SolarEdge USE-SIN-USR0IBNS8 is a single part number that becomes one of four three-phase commercial inverter models. The installer selects the power class in the SolarEdge SetApp during commissioning: SE10KUS or SE17.3KUS for 208V grids, or SE30KUS or SE40KUS for 480V grids. SolarEdge notes that the selection is permanent and can only be changed with SolarEdge support.
The inverter is designed to work with SolarEdge C651U commercial power optimizers. Built-in PV rapid shutdown (NEC 2014–2023) and domestic content eligibility both depend on pairing with C651U.

Domestic content
SolarEdge lists USE-SIN-USR0IBNS8 as USA Domestic Content Eligible. Eligibility applies when the inverter is installed with qualified USA-manufactured C651U power optimizers in the same project. For this part number SolarEdge’s datasheet states a manufactured-product content of 17.6% under IRS Notice 2024-41 and 24.8% under IRS Notice 2025-08. Whether a project qualifies for a domestic content bonus depends on the whole project; confirm with your tax advisor.
