Warranty

FranklinWH end-user limited warranty (May 2026): aPower 2 / aPower S 15 years or 60 MWh throughput (whichever first) with at least 70 % of rated capacity; aGate 12 years (communications module up to 5 years). Requires purchase from an authorized reseller, installation by a FranklinWH-certified installer, registration at installation and continued internet connectivity; unregistered systems receive a 4-year limited warranty.
