Silfab states that it manufactures solar panels in Burlington, Washington and Fort Mill, South Carolina, and that Fort Mill also houses its solar cell manufacturing. This is a company statement, not a claim about any single listing.
Model-level origin
Silfab datasheets for the SIL-520 QM, SIL-410 BG, SIL-530 XM and SIL-580 XM+ state "Manufactured exclusively in the USA." CSE shows a "Manufactured in the USA" badge only on those exact models.
N-type cells (NTC)
Silfab's Prime QD and Commercial QM, XM and XM+ modules use N-type silicon cells, which Silfab calls NTC.
Back-contact Elite
Silfab Elite BG modules use 66 mono-PERC MWT back-contact cells, per the SIL-410 BG datasheet.

Which Silfab families are current?

Silfab places the SIL-370 HC datasheet under earlier-model downloads.
What do the letters in a Silfab model name mean?
Silfab's installation manual gives the key: B = back-contact, H = mono half-cell, Q = N-type and X = bifacial; the following letter (C, D, G, M, M+) is the module size.
Are Silfab XM and XM+ modules glass-glass?
No. Silfab describes the XM and XM+ as bifacial modules with a single tempered glass and a transparent PV backsheet.
What warranty do Silfab panels carry?
Under Silfab's warranty (SIL-CS-WRTY-010 Rev Q), the product warranty is 12 years and is extended to 25 years when the installer is registered and qualified as a Silfab installer. The linear performance warranty runs 30 years; the end-of-term value depends on the model (for example at least 89.3 % at year 30 for N-type and Elite BG modules).
