The JAM54D41 uses JA Solar’s n-type Bycium+ cells with 16 busbars in a half-cell layout, with a −0.29 %/°C power temperature coefficient (datasheet).
Double-glass bifacial
DeepBlue 4.0 Pro and DeepBlue 3.0 bifacial modules use glass on both sides and add energy from the rear: 80% ± 10% and 70% ± 10% bifaciality (datasheets).
Built for 1500 V arrays
JAM54D41, JAM72D40 and JAM72D30 modules are rated for 1500 V DC, 5,400 Pa front load and IP68 junction boxes (datasheets).
