The Fox ESS EQ4000 is a 3.97 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery module for the PowerQ all-in-one system. Modules stack under the PowerQ inverter, 2 to 5 per inverter, for 7.95 to 19.87 kWh of storage.

Fox ESS EQ4000 3.97kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Module
The EQ4000 is the stackable high-voltage battery module for the Fox ESS PowerQ all-in-one energy storage system. Each module stores 3.97 kWh. Modules stack vertically beneath the PowerQ inverter and connect through the built-in stacking connectors, so capacity is added one module at a time without external battery cabling between modules.
This listing is for one EQ4000 module. A PowerQ inverter needs at least two modules, and up to five modules per inverter are supported in the US mainland.

Installation: this is grid-interactive electrical equipment. It must be installed by a qualified, licensed installer in line with the Fox ESS manual, the National Electrical Code and local permitting and utility interconnection rules.

- Priced and sold per module. Order at least two modules for each PowerQ inverter.
- Available to order. This product is fulfilled from a U.S. distribution warehouse and is not stocked at CSE Solar USA’s own facility. Availability is confirmed when CSE reviews your order request, before any payment is taken, and lead time is confirmed with your order.
- Lithium batteries are regulated for transport and ship by freight only.
Shipping and Freight Information
- Ships by LTL freight. Each module ships in its own carton, 26 x 18 x 10 in, 88 lb.
- Additional freight services such as liftgate, residential, limited-access or appointment delivery may add charges, which are confirmed before the order is released.
- Inspect every carton at delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Warranty
Fox ESS lists a 12.5-year standard warranty for this equipment. Under the Fox ESS US Warranty Policy the term is 150 months from installation and commissioning, and no more than 155 months from the date of manufacture. Fox ESS limits coverage to 60 months from manufacture for a system that operates without data communication to Fox Cloud, so commission the system and keep it online. Warranty service is provided by Fox ESS under its published terms.
