Fox ESS PowerQ 11.4kW + 7.95kWh + Hub G2 Bundle
This CSE Solar USA bundle combines the Fox ESS PowerQ 11.4kW split-phase hybrid inverter with two EQ4000 lithium iron phosphate battery modules and the Fox ESS Hub G2 200 A smart energy management system. The batteries stack beneath the inverter to form one floor-standing, outdoor-rated tower with 7.95 kWh of storage; the Hub G2 mounts on the wall at the service entrance and provides whole-home backup.
Sizing note: with 2 battery modules the PowerQ delivers 5,760 W of rated backup power (load start capacity 50 A LRA). Grid-tied output remains 11,400 W. Add EQ4000 modules if you need the full 11,400 W in backup.

Installation: this is grid-interactive electrical equipment. It must be installed by a qualified, licensed installer in line with the Fox ESS manual, the National Electrical Code and local permitting and utility interconnection rules.

- This bundle is available only while every included component is available. CSE confirms all components at order review; if one is unavailable we will contact you before anything is charged.
- Available to order. This product is fulfilled from a U.S. distribution warehouse and is not stocked at CSE Solar USA’s own facility. Availability is confirmed when CSE reviews your order request, before any payment is taken, and lead time is confirmed with your order.
- Rapid-shutdown transmitter: the U.S. distributor lists this inverter as supplied with either an APsmart or a Tigo rapid-shutdown transmitter, under part number 30-139-1135F-00 or 30-139-1134F-00. The version cannot be selected online and depends on distributor stock. Tell CSE which module-level rapid-shutdown devices your array uses, and we will confirm the version available before the order is released and before any payment is taken.

Shipping and Freight Information
- This bundle ships as 4 separate cartons, 360 lb total. There is no single combined carton.
- PowerQ inverter: 1 carton, 28 x 26 x 22 in, 132 lb.
- EQ4000 batteries: 2 cartons, each 26 x 18 x 10 in, 88 lb.
- Hub G2: 1 carton, 31 x 22 x 12 in, 52 lb.
- Ships by LTL freight. Cartons may arrive on one pallet or as multiple pieces.
- Additional freight services such as liftgate, residential, limited-access or appointment delivery may add charges, which are confirmed before the order is released.
- Inspect every carton at delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Warranty
Fox ESS lists a 12.5-year standard warranty for this equipment. Under the Fox ESS US Warranty Policy the term is 150 months from installation and commissioning, and no more than 155 months from the date of manufacture. Fox ESS limits coverage to 60 months from manufacture for a system that operates without data communication to Fox Cloud, so commission the system and keep it online. Warranty service is provided by Fox ESS under its published terms.
