AIMS Power Low-Frequency Inverter Chargers, 48 V Split Phase
The PICOGLF Global LF series turns a 48 V battery bank into 120/240 Vac split-phase power for a whole home, cabin, business or large RV, with a built-in multi-stage charger and automatic transfer switch. All four models are pure sine, 300% surge for 20 seconds, 50/60 Hz selectable, marine-coated, with auto generator start and an optional LCD remote or Bluetooth monitor. The 8 kW and 12 kW units are ETL listed to UL 1741 and CSA C22.2 No. 107.1.

AIMS’ hybrid platform combines grid-tie, battery backup and solar management in one wall-mounted unit and pairs it with pre-wired 230 V LiFePO4 battery cabinets. The PIHY9600 hybrid inverter charger is listed to UL 1741 SA, CSA C22.2 No. 107-01, UL 1998 and UL 1699B, accepts up to 15 kW of solar on three MPPT inputs, and can be programmed for self-use, sell-first or charge-first operation with an isolated backup circuit and generator input. Each LFP230V96A cabinet holds six pre-wired lithium packs (22,114 Wh) and connects to the inverter with three wires.

Two heavy-duty six-panel racks for ground arrays. The single pole mount holds up to six large panels (up to 2.0 kW) on an ASTM A36 steel pole and girder with four pitch settings and a 102 mph wind rating; AIMS supplies everything except the concrete foundation. The ground mount rack carries six 190–380 W panels on 6005-T5 aluminum rails with SUS304 stainless hardware and pre-assembled legs. Solar panels are not included with either rack.

What warranty do AIMS Power products carry?
Under AIMS Power’s current warranty policy for orders placed on or after 1 February 2026, PICOGLF low-frequency inverter chargers carry a 3-year warranty with lifetime tech support, AIMS lithium battery cabinets carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for up to 3,500 cycles, and AIMS solar racks carry a 5-year warranty. AIMS lists a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the PIHY9600 hybrid inverter. Warranty service is handled by AIMS Power in Reno, Nevada; the full terms are on each product page and on AIMS Power’s warranty page.

How do AIMS products ship?
CSE ships nationwide to the 48 contiguous states and quotes freight per order. The 6 kW inverter charger ships in a carton; the 8, 10 and 12 kW units ship on a skid; the KITHY96230BAT kit and the KITHY230VBATMS cabinet set (about 650 lb per cabinet) are delivered by freight with a lift gate and require a signature; the PV6X-250POLE pole mount ships on a custom crate (about 500 lb) with roughly three extra preparation days; the PV-6X250RACK ground mount ships at about 200 lb. Freight quotes are provided with every quote; no free-shipping claim is made for AIMS products.
Which AIMS inverter charger do I need for 120/240 V split-phase power?
All four PICOGLF models listed here are 48 Vdc input with 120/240 Vac split-phase output. Size the inverter to your continuous load and the 20-second surge to your largest motor start: 6,000 W (18,000 W surge), 8,000 W (24,000 W), 10,000 W (30,000 W) or 12,000 W (36,000 W). If you need an ETL-listed unit for a permitted installation, choose the 8 kW or 12 kW model. Batteries, DC cables and the DC fuse or breaker are sold separately; AIMS’ fuse and cable size guide is linked on each product page.
What is included in the KITHY96230BAT hybrid kit, and can I add more storage?
The kit includes one PIHY9600 9.6 kW hybrid inverter charger and one LFP230V96A-M master lithium battery cabinet (230 V, 96 Ah, 22,114 Wh), as listed on the AIMS kit page. Solar panels, racking, PV wire and the battery-to-inverter fuse kit are not included. Storage can be expanded with LFP230V96A-S slave cabinets; the KITHY230VBATMS set (one master plus one slave, 44,160 Wh) is listed above for systems that already have, or are adding, an AIMS hybrid inverter.
Do the AIMS pole mount and ground mount include solar panels?
No. Both racks are mounting hardware only. The PV6X-250POLE includes everything except the concrete foundation; the PV-6X250RACK includes rails, clamps and pre-assembled legs, with anchors and foundation supplied by the installer.
