Waaree Solar Americas Inc. is the U.S. arm of Waaree Energies, operating from Brookshire, Texas. Its Elite Series BiN-08 is a 144-cell N-type TOPCon module in a framed dual-glass bifacial construction, produced under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems with an independent factory assessment by Black & Veatch, as stated on the Waaree datasheet. Elite Series BiN-08 technology (from the Waaree datasheet)
Every Waaree pallet CSE lists is the Elite Series BiN-08: 144 half-cut N-type M10/M10R TOPCon cells in a framed dual-glass bifacial build, with a 2 mm low-iron HTAR semi-tempered front glass, a 2 mm low-iron printed semi-tempered rear glass, a PID-free UV-resistant encapsulant and an anodized aluminium frame. Module efficiency runs from 22.07% (570 W) to 22.84% (590 W) at STC. Bifaciality is 80 ± 10%, the power temperature coefficient is −0.30 %/°C, the maximum system voltage is 1500 V with a 30 A fuse rating, NOCT is 43 ± 2 °C, and mechanical loads are 5400 Pa front and 2400 Pa rear. Each module is 2278 × 1134 mm and 32.5 kg, in either a 35 mm frame (31 modules per pallet) or a 30 mm frame (36 modules per pallet). The junction box is IP68 with three diodes and 4 mm², 500 mm leads with MC4-compatible connectors. Marks shown on the datasheet: BNEF Tier 1, TÜV Rheinland, cTÜVus and EPD Verified. Waaree modules are sold by the full pallet only: 31 panels on the 35 mm-frame bins (570, 575, 580 W) and 36 panels on the 30 mm-frame bins (585, 590 W); single panels are not available. Waaree warranty
Per the Waaree Elite Series datasheet, the BiN-08 carries a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty: 99% of nominal power in year one, 94.6% at year 12 and no less than 87.4% at year 30. Frequently asked questions
Why do some Waaree pallets have 31 panels and others 36? Pallet count follows frame thickness: the 35 mm-frame bins (570, 575, 580 W) ship 31 per pallet, the 30 mm-frame bins (585, 590 W) ship 36 per pallet. Match the frame to your racking clamps and choose the bin by output and price.
Are Waaree Elite Series panels bifacial? Yes. All five bins are framed dual-glass bifacial modules with 80 ± 10% bifaciality; the datasheet’s rear-side gain table is summarized on each product page.
Are these new panels? Yes. CSE sells new A-grade Waaree modules with the manufacturer’s 12-year product and 30-year power warranty, not B-grade or cosmetic lots.
